About The Competition
The Jesus Soldier Gospel Music Talent Hunt is organized under the leadership of Rev. Ben Eragbai ( The Jesus Soldier ) who is the Senior Pastor and The President of DIVINE APPOINTMENT MINISTRY INT’L with headquarter located in the heart of Ajah Lagos, Nigeria.
AIM
The talent hunt aims at creating a platform for everyone who is talented in Gospel music, allowing them to showcase their talents, and win fantastic prizes. Also, the selected ones among the competitors will be empowered to produce a single album for free in UpperRoom Studio owned by the Church.

Instructions : The competition will be in four stages and would be graded by a point system. Only people who reach 500 points would qualify for the grand finale event.
STAGE ONE

STAGE TWO
ONLINE AUDITION ( JULY 1ST-AUGUST 31ST)
- Upload a 1-3mins video of your recorded song/instrumental/rap with a decent background and decent dressing else your video will not be selected.
- Send your video to us via Whatsapp (08187433108, 08062957686 ).
- We will re-post your video to our official Youtube page @Revbeneragbai. Contestants are allowed to canvass for votes from friends, families and neighbors.
- Voting with one user account is only allowed on our official Youtube page @Revbeneragbai.
- Voters should cast their votes by typing “YES” in the comment section of your reposted video on our official Youtube page @Revbeneragbai.
- 300 VOTES FOR MEDIA UPLOAD: earns you 150 POINTS
STAGE THREE
In the third stage, contestants will be given the privilege to participate in our foundation class popularly known as SCHOOL OF WISDOM AND POWER which holds here in our HQ Prayer City Of Testimonies Ajah every Monday evening. The class is divided into four sections i.e (classes 1-4) which simply means that every contestant will partake in this class for 4 Mondays.
QUALIFICATIONS
The only thing that qualifies both individual and group contestants for this class is to be in our church services on Sundays where you will be given a personal invitation card to attend the class immediately. Also while the class is ongoing, you are not allowed to miss our Sunday services.
TOTAL POINT FOR THE THIRD STAGE earns you 250 POINTS
POINTS BREAKDOWN FROM STAGES 1-3
- YOUR LIKES, RESHARING AND SUBSCRIPTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA earns you 150 POINTS
- SUCCESSFUL VIDEO UPLOADS = 20 POINTS
- 300 VOTES FOR MEDIA UPLOAD: earns you 150 POINTS
- SCHOOL OF WISDOM AND POWER 250 POINTS
- TOTAL = 570 POINTS
STAGE FOUR
GRAND FINALE
The Grand finale will hold during our annual convention MEGA GRACE INT’L CONVENTION this October 2023. During the program, opportunities will be given to the selected contestants who made it to final round to showcase their talent to the world.
The first 30 selected with 500 points each and above will get automatic entry to the finale.
The grand finale would have three (3) segments.
1st Segment – Best 10 contestants
2nd Segment – Best 5 contestants
3rd Segment – Best 3 contestants
So those who make it to the last stage should prepare 3 songs to get the grand prize of:
